Acupuncture for pets does have some risk associated with it that you should be aware of before choosing acupuncture to treat your pet’s symptoms, one of which is a risk of infection. Because needles are used to pierce the body in numerous spots, there is a very slight chance that infection can occur. Acupuncture for pets is one of the most exciting new advancements in veterinary medicine and has been shown to provide relief to pets.
